Barolo

Obtained from Nebbiolo grapes cultivated in the lower areas of Monforte d’Alba, Bussia and Le Coste. The fermentation, with a long maceration of the must with the skins, is carried out according to tradition. Aging for more than two years in oak barrels and a further year of refinement in the bottle offer long life and great nobility to this wine.

Aroma
The complexity and the variety of the aromas of an important wine like Barolo leave nobody indifferent. The varietal traces of roses, violets and red fruits are only the beginning of a bouquet which includes vanilla, pepper, lavender and traces of roasting.
With the passing of the years, the aromas evolve to jams and fading flowers, liquorice and candied fruit.
